When you complete the Lost Customer Check, I collect your name, email, phone number, website or social link, and your answers to the questions, along with the results worked out from them.
To show you where your customer journey has gaps, to judge whether the programme is a good fit, and to contact you about your results. I only contact you if you tick the consent box.
Your details are stored securely for me to review. If you tick the optional email box, your contact details and Lost Customer Check results are also sent to MailerLite for follow up emails. Requesting the guide sends you one guide email whether or not you opt into further emails. I never sell your information.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any email. Just message me and I'll sort it.
